HOME, a 49-meter (160.7ft) superyacht, was meticulously constructed by the renowned Dutch shipyard Heesen in 2017. Built in full aluminum and classified by ABS, it represents a remarkable fusion of Northern European expertise and Italian style. This exceptional vessel showcases the groundbreaking collaboration between Van Oossanen's highly efficient FDHF hull design and hybrid propulsion, resulting in reduced fuel costs, emissions, noise, and vibration.
Designed by Omega Architects, HOME's exteriors exude sophistication, while Cristiano Gatto's minimalist Ibiza-style interiors seamless blend indoor and outdoor spaces. Extensive use of floor-to-ceiling glass and teak decking in the sky lounge enhances the yacht's beach club ambience, creating an immersive experience for guests.
The sun deck offers ultimate relaxation, featuring sun loungers with privacy glass safety screens. Under the hardtop, a spacious sit-up bar and a lounge area invite social gatherings, while aft, a jacuzzi invites indulgence. The upper deck aft provides an open-air dining area shaded by an overhang, along with a sun lounge. Walkaround side decks lead to the foredeck, completing the expansive outdoor living areas.
Inside, the main saloon showcases dark hardwood flooring, a relaxed lounge aft, and a formal dining area forward, offering ample natural light and breathtaking views. The sky lounge offers a cozy ambiance with bean bags, daybeds and a bar, complemented by the cascading light through the large windows onto the teak decking.
Accommodating up to 12 guests in six cabins, HOME ensures comfort for all. The full-beam owner's suite on the main deck boasts full-height windows, providing incredible views and ample natural light, alongside dressing room, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a private office. The lower deck features a full-beam VIP cabin, two double cabins and two twin cabins, offering family-friendly accommodations. Additionally, the yacht accommodates up to 10 crew members.
Powered by twin 805hp MTU main diesel engines, two generators, and two e-motors, HOME offers four propulsion modes, from hybrid mode, where the generators drive the e-motors up to nine knots, to boost mode achieving a top speed of 16.8 knots. Tenders and toys are easily stowed on the foredeck, aided by a deck crane. With a maximum range of 2,760 nautical miles and Naiad zero-speed stabilizers ensuring comfort at anchor, HOME guarantees an exceptional cruising experience.
