Brand new Majesty 100 delivered

Yacht experts from Bremen designed the interior of a Majesty 100 for a German customer. Now the yacht sold by Drettmann has been delivered.

Drettmann Yachts from Bremen has been working closely with the Gulf Craft shipyard from the United Arab Emirates for several years. The nearly 32-metre-long Majesty 100 in particular is proving to be a top seller among Drettmann Yachts' customers. The format is ideally suited for Mediterranean cruising and is also compatible for smaller marinas.

The Bremen yacht experts have so far been able to sell several units of the 20-knot GRP format. Currently, build number 12 (of a total of 18 units sold) with the wonderful name "Nixtun" has sailed; the interior bears the signature of Drettmann Yachts.

The Majesty 100, which was first presented about four years ago, has a beam of 7.10 metres and a displacement of around 130 tonnes. The special features of the yacht designed by Gulf Craft include folding balconies on both sides of the cockpit as well as floor-to-ceiling glazing in the saloon on the main deck and the sky lounge on the upper deck. This creates an immediate connection between the interior and exterior.

With two MAN engines, each with 1900 hp, the yacht reaches a maximum speed of over 20 knots and is thus fast on transfers. At a reduced speed of twelve knots, she has a respectable range of 1 500 nautical miles, which is more than sufficient for Mediterranean cruising. Her fuel tanks hold a total of 15 700 litres of diesel. By the way, "Nixtun" is the first Majesty 100 with MAN 1900 engines, soot particle filters and AdBlue injection. A draught of only 1.67 metres allows sailing in shallow waters

Together with the German owners, Claudia Drettmann designed the entire interior to match the contemporary taste of the clients. The woods chosen were whitewashed oak and walnut - in combination with carpets and ceilings in warm colours, the saloon, for example, looks very bright and yet cosy. The cabins of the extremely modern yacht have a similar look to give the interior a uniform style.

The owner couple sleeps in a veritable suite with office on the main deck, the guests in four cabins on the lower deck. Claudia Drettmann looks back on the design process with satisfaction: "With this Majesty 100, thanks to our customers, we were able to demonstrate how individual this 32-metre model can become. Thanks to the flexibility of the shipyard, we can realise almost any wishes."

Claudia Drettmann has already designed numerous interiors for various brands in the past, but especially for Bandido and Elegance yachts.

Albert Drettmann comments on the latest delivery for a Drettmann Yachts customer as follows: "Quality and value for money are simply outstanding with the Majesty 100. The good complete package is convincing on the market."
