Drettmann Yachts is pleased to have received the Central Agency mandate for two remarkable Aquitalia 78 yachts. The two formats have been delivered very recently and can be viewed at the Cannes Yachting Festival (12 to 17 September), among other events.
Aquitalia is still considered an insider tip among yacht aficionados. The yachts of the relatively young brand offer a modern, contemporary design and combine this with a very good build quality at one of the best price-performance ratios on the market. Yannik Altevolmer, CEO of Drettmann Yachts in Mallorca, comments on the engagement as follows: "We are very happy to be one of the first brokerage houses to work with Aquitalia Yachts. I am convinced that the models will inspire many of our customers."
The 24.08-metre-long, 6.10-metre-wide Aquitalia 78 boasts a generous 87 GT volume and sporty lines with large hull windows that provide ample daylight on the lower deck. Here the shipyard installed four spacious cabins, three for guests and one for the owner, all with en-suite bathrooms. The owner's suite is located amidships and offers separate access to ensure maximum privacy.
One deck above, the atmosphere is open. The saloon extends without interruption from the cockpit to the helm station and, in addition to an exquisite sofa set, has an integrated galley, an adjoining dining area and, of course, the helm station complete with state-of-the-art electronics. This open concept also makes the Aquitalia 780 attractive for self-driving owners.
Inside, a decorative combination of dark walnut wood and light upholstery was chosen, giving the Aquitalia 780 a very elegant and appealing ambience.
Unique for a yacht of this size is also the very veritable Jacuzzi on the flybridge, which in combination with the numerous lounge furniture turns the upper deck into a wellness area.
Technically, the Aquaitalia yachts are equipped with various extras such as a hydraulic bathing platform and an electrically adjustable sunshade on the flybridge. In the engine room, there is, among other things, an Onan generator and two six-cylinder diesels from Volvo Penta (1000 hp each), which ensure an appealing top speed. The Aquitalia yachts are operated from the helm with Raymarine electronics.
Incidentally, both yachts are available immediately and can be viewed at this year's Cannes Yachting Festival from 12 to 17 September.
Anyone who wants to order an Aquitalia yacht according to their own ideas is also at the right address at Drettmann Yachts. The yacht experts from Bremen can look back on the experience of 1,500 newly built yachts under their care; in addition, Claudia Drettmann is available as an interior consultant and designer - as she has been for numerous other yacht projects in the past years. Long waiting times, as is currently the case at many shipyards, are not to be expected when ordering an Aquitalia yacht due to the construction capacities. Drettmann Yachts currently also lists an Aquitalia 780 under construction, which future customers can still customise to their individual wishes.
