M/Y "HM 1" marks the flagship of Sanlorenzo's SX series and redefines yachting by eliminating barriers and creating open, flowing spaces that connect seamlessly with the sea.

A standout feature of the SX112 is its innovative stern area, which includes a spacious 90-square-meter beach club. This area can be extended with fold-down terraces, creating a versatile space that includes an indoor gym connected to the outdoors via large sliding glass doors, and a substantial aft platform for storing water toys. This design allows for a unique interaction with the sea.
The yacht’s exterior, designed by Zuccon International Project Studio, blends elegance with functionality, creating a distinctive look for the Sanlorenzo range. Inside, Piero Lissoni, Sanlorenzo's Art Director, has crafted a space with innovative design elements like sculptural spiral staircases and an open-plan main deck that stretches from bow to stern, enhancing the feeling of spaciousness.

"HM 1" is in like-new condition and fully equipped with premium options, including silent zero-speed fin stabilizers and “ECO Mode” for night operation without a running generator.

The yacht’s public spaces are expansive, featuring large windows for panoramic views and a strong connection to the water. The aft deck and beach club have fold-down sides that enhance this open feeling. Lissoni's interior design emphasizes a minimalist, modern style, with an open-plan saloon and dining area leading to the aft deck through sliding glass doors. The flybridge offers a covered alfresco dining area that can be fully enclosed and climate-controlled, suitable for any weather.

The SX112's expansive beach club features fold-out terraces on both sides. When these terraces are lowered, the space transforms into a luxurious lounge area right by the water. Additional lounging areas on the sundeck and bow provide multiple options for outdoor relaxation.
Inside, the yacht features a fully equipped gym connected to the master cabin via a watertight door. Below deck, there are accommodations for up to eight guests, with each stateroom having an en-suite bathroom and ample storage. The guest layout includes a master suite, two VIP staterooms, and a convertible lounge/media room that can become a fourth cabin.

Powered by four 1000 Hp Volvo Penta IPS drives, the SX112 cruises comfortably at 20 knots with a top speed of 23 knots. At a cruising speed of 10 knots, it offers an impressive range of 1600 nautical miles, ideal for extended journeys.
